Service

SlopeTrack records ski days and optionally offers leaderboards, duels and challenges. The app is free; we may change or discontinue the service.

Account

An account is optional. You are responsible for your display name and profile photo.

Content: zero tolerance

Display names and profile photos must not contain anything offensive, sexual, violent, discriminatory, misleading or infringing. Harassing other users is prohibited.

There is zero tolerance for such content and behaviour: we remove it and suspend the account.

You can report any profile with “Report” in the app or by e-mail to hello@torchtechnology.de; we review reports within 24 hours. “Block” hides a user from you immediately.

Fair play

Manipulated recordings (e.g. cars or gondolas counted as runs) may be removed from leaderboards; repeated manipulation can lead to suspension.

Safety

SlopeTrack is not a safety or rescue service. Ride responsibly; figures are approximations.

Liability

For the free app we are liable only for intent and gross negligence and as required by mandatory law.

Law

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
